it was just the worst experience I had ever had: the lady was just incompetent and unprofessional. I usually can handle very well the pain during the wax, but I was on the edge of crying at a point. she was extremely slow, she didn't spread the wax in the right direction and she didn't strip it with enough strength - so it was super painful and not effective at all. she had to go over the same spot over and over: I had to tell her to stop because my skin was getting irritated. The light was really bad, so I could check (and honestly I just wanted to leave) but when I got home I found out that I had hair left everywhere, so I will probably need another wax. On top of everything the place doesn't feel clean at all. Awful experience, never again!

Both makeup and hair up were awful. Makeup was very very strong, and the hair was mostly some curls she made with a curl maker that weren't arranged at all. I looked so bad that I went home and removed all makeup, washed my hair and put my usual makeup for the wedding I was about to attend.
This experience ruined my day and I don't recommend this to anyone.
