Farrah is very nice, she did an exceptional job on both shellac nails and toes - managed to cover up an enornous bruise on my big toe by continual application until you couldn't see it! Very high recommendation from me!

I really wanted to like this as the technician was so nice and professional, but the manicure just wasn't good.
I had booked in to get nail extensions (I've been stress biting my nails) and she advised me against them bc they're bad for my nails - which I do know, but wanted them anyway. I think it must have had something to do with her wishes to do them or not as well. The gel went on really lumpy so they didn't look that good, but it was fine - they were done... until today they all started peeling off - like the same as stick on nails from the drugstore peel off. Was really disappointing as I've had them for under 72 hours. So in the end it was a bit of a waste of money for me as I've back with my short, ugly nails....

The pregnancy massage was very good and the therapist, Farah, was lovely. However, I booked all my treatments to be done by her, but in fact 3 different people attended. The face massage was a bit rough. But overall a good experience
