Booked a colour re-growth appointment here yesterday, stylist was lovely and talked me through what she was going to do and assured me my dark roots would be blended with my already coloured blonde hair and I wouldn’t be left ginger. I was informed that my service didn’t include even a tough dry and that would be £10 extra - simply not acceptable when you have no choice but to pay as you can’t leave with wet hair or even know if the colour is any good! Although very friendly, the telling me about problems with other customers should have raised alarm bells. After about 30 minutes my scalp began to itch and burn the colour was washed off. Although looking quite orange, hair was dried and didn’t look quite as bad. Toner was put in and I was told to wash it off later. I paid the extra for the blow dry and went off hoping it would settle by the morning. End result. I now have horrendous bright yellow hair with ginger patches. I phoned the salon and was told it could be corrected by dying again and I could have a discounted rate of £30!! Discount? Surely you should be correcting the mess you made!! Left furious and now seeking a hairdresser to correct it which is going to be an a great expense. I would recommend that you avoid this place
