Never again. Not usually the type to leave poor reviews as I try to understand another’s perspective but I’m in shock. Was left alone in the waiting area for 15 minutes, and then charged a £15 late fee?? I was THERE sitting in a chair politely waiting. On top of that the eyebrows were insane, they looked like messy soap brows which I had to trim myself bc she didn’t do it, and left brown dye all over my brow bone looking dirty. Feel robbed, I’m in a worse place now than I was yesterday. Gutted
