It was awful salon was dirty the therapist was unorganised and my eyes have now swollen up to the fact I am struggling to see. I booked the wrong treatment in error I wanted a few lash infills. When I got to the salon she charged me a further £35 although I had already paid £42.99. I said I don’t want a full set only a few infills but she wasn’t having any of it so I just paid the money bearing in mind infills in Southampton cost me £25. She then did another client that just walked off the street and just leaving me. I expressed my concerns and she said don’t worry I am quick. She then stuck a few eyelashes on and sent me on my way. I have had a terrible reaction to whatever she put on my eyes and I would highly recommend people to go and look at what I am saying before booking anything.

Very friendly staff especially Farah. She is attentive and does what she can to make you feel happy. I have been here 5 times now for a brazilian blow dry and I am happy with the service offered and Farah is a very nice lady so I will continue to come.
