Had a wowcher code and had problems on making a booking via phone and email, with no reply to both about booking. Ended up having to make a trip to the shop and make the booking. This could be improved on.
On the evening of my treatment I was greeted by the lovely beautician but she was on her own and already had 2 customers on the go so I was left waiting. However, when I did have my treatment, the beautician was very engaging and made me feel confident in the treatment she did for me.
Overall happy and will return for a top up.

I asked for a copper dye but the end result was bright lila/pink. The lady tried to remediate with another copper dye, and it made it more red. I was happy the pink was mostly gone, but now after a few days my hair is now something between reddish/orange.
I wasn't asked how I want my hair cut. I would've wanted a layered cut instead of a few centimeters off, but after the pink experience I didn't ask for anything else.
Eyelashes are partly dyed.
One positive star for doing my brows, they are clean.
