Unfortunately despite using the online booking system the only staff member seemed oblivious to the booking- who then called her boss who was also oblivious. They had double booked- so 2 other women waiting and we witnessed the staff member getting stressed with boss. Fortunately the staff member did her best to axxomadate. But the appointment was delayed by 30 mins and she had to constantly jump between her double booked clients. The treatment itself was simply a sick put (with some sort of cream) and cost 10 pounds - but we over charged 15 by doing it on treatwell.
