Lovely experience although I was slightly aghast at 1st having changed to have a massage and opting to take on the £12 additional offer of a full massage after then they wanting paying up front, I told them most places will usually perform the services 1st before demanding payment so I declined it. Overall the experience was nice, back masssge relaxing although I asked for it to be slightly firmer. Facial was good but I noted that I still had mascara on? Anyway I think they sensed my bemusement and later offered me tea and discounts on further treatments which I took them up on. It transpired that some low life had really expensive treatments and then swooned off without paying hence the payment up front demand; however they realised I was not that low and was nicer in the end. I think going forward don’t tar everyone with the same brush or you may lose genuine custom. But hopefully the full arm of the law will catch up with that thief!!

Booked first appointment through Wowcher, had to go back as one application does not do the job, the follow up was 75 pounds, so not the bargain that it appeared. Was not told until I booked that the follow up was more than the original treatment. I bought a mascara on the first visit that had dried out. Expected to be offered a new one, that didn't happen. Had threading done which was OK. End result good.Therapist Farah is professional and nice lady. Salon not luxurious, pretty cluttered but clean. Would recommend. Just make sure what the final price will be.

Farah is a lovely lady. She is knowledgeable and straightforward. I have now had 2 treatments of laser facial rejuvenation on my neck and I can definitely see an improvement. I am about to have my third tomorrow. The quality of her equipment and products is very good.
Her salon is not luxurious but it is very welcoming. If you want results and excellent value then I would highly recommend a visit.
