I never leave bad reviews but I have to explain my experience so people have a clear understanding of what could happen.
I was a walk in client and I asked the cost of eyelash extensions. I was told £120 but she would do me a deal of £65 plus another £25 to remove the old eyelashes. Already double what I usually pay. I found out later that they always charge £65 and that is advertised outside on a blackboard.
When she removed the old eyelashes she did this with a mixture of pulling out my own lashes and use it scissors. I have no idea if she cut my lashes or the extensions. I supposed I will find out when these lashes come off.
When she finished I said that they were much lighter than my usual, as in no lashes, but I left any way. When I got home and my eyes were a bit less blurred I could see there were huge gaps all over, hardly any lashes, it just looked terrible so I went back to the salon and asked her to sort it out. She was very nice about it and did add lots more lashes. The final result did look much better, but they have. Sen falling out at a very fast rate.
The next morning, I woke up and my right eye was completely swollen and red. Quite bad.
The lady in the shop was nice, but I will never ever go there again as it was completely unprofessional, bad practice and had seriously damaged my eye.
I wish I was able to upload a photo because my eye was In a real bad state and is only now 3 days later starting to feel better.
