Where to begin?
First off the venue does not look anything like the photographs, it is very tired and unclean with a lot of mess and clutter and a very dirty fishbowl as the centre piece.
Whole thing went from bad to worse when I was told the treatwell price was wrong and I had to pay an additional £40 or leave with no refund (I had already paid £80). I had no time to rebook before my holiday and felt I was held to ransom as I paid the money. There was more talk of more money to complete the treatment which I refused and told them to just do the service I had now paid twice for.
The hair cut was a bit wonky, I just needed a straight line all the way around but was an improvement on what had already been done to my hair. The main part of the treatment was the Brazilian Keratin.
Perhaps wrongly I had relied on my hairdresser being able to advise me on which treatments she had that were right for my hair. When I was at a loss and asked her opinion I was advised to google it. One was picked at random and all through the treatment I was subject to general negative comments about her other customers which made me quite uncomfortable. All utensils, including the hairbrush I was given to do my own hair, were already full of someone else’s.
Left the treatment in for 3 days as advised, kept my hair straight, no dents, used the right products and blow dried straight immediately after washing out. I have since seen absolutely no difference in the condition of my hair.
Waste of a lot of money and 2 hours. Looking at other reviews posted they become very defensive and argumentative about anything negative so I expect nothing less on this.

Farah was most helpful and cut my hair well. I was a bit worried on entering as the salon appears rather shabby but she is jack of all trades and good sales lady so had other things done. The colouring was low stars in value as I didn’t know to take my own dye and she charged extra 20 for hers!
