I don't like leaving negative reviews but I'm utterly disappointed with my lashes. There is a level of trust placed in the beautician that they know what they're doing, and I always check reviews. I should've checked the specific LVL ones as I would've have made a different decision. It is important to note that the woman who did my treatment was lovely and sweet.
However, my lashes are now bent at some ends in different directions and curling into my eyelids or lifted at a 90° angle. I got it done for my holiday too. When I was leaving the salon I got a quick look and they seemed ok from a distance in the mirror as they certainly were lifted but noticed they were feeling uncomfortable on the way home. When I got there I saw how bad they were.
I'm going to try and find somewhere to fix it. I can only hope someone reads this before making the same mistake, and that this salon takes this feedback on and fixes whatever the issue in this treatment may be (ie. perm solution being left on too long? mine was at least 15mins).
