I loved my experience at this beauty clinic, I went to get my daughter's ears done and they was so good, reassuring and professional. The lady talked me through everything and made feel confident that my daughter was in good hands. The procedure was so quick and stress-free, I was so pleased with the results! Highly recommended!!

Arrived 1 min late for my appointment walked into the shop.she looked at me and complained..sat down for my usual Brazilian blowdry which I normally pay £59 for she came out with oragnic one which I never ask for..which I said I want my one I all ways had .she igonered me compelety..anyway my normal Brazilian blowdry you leave on my head for 30 mins ..while she was doing my hair she had a call for a client to come in for a massage on the spot .so she ask if it was ok while I wait .she left in the front of shop for 1 hour.my head was burning and ichy .I called her to come and finish my hair off and then she changed me £85 I was so disgusted with her. When I got home my hair frizzy and falling out.this lady clearly does not know what she is doing.all ways talking about other customers and trying to sell you products not professional will not be back.

Farah always does an outstanding job and I there hasn’t been a precedent of me leaving the salon without being satisfied and feeling absolutely pampered. Highly recommend her!

I decided to try out this place as it’s local and offered evening appointments later than most. I also asked if I could have gel nails done as well which I hadn’t originally booked for.
Unfortunately, my nails only lasted 4 days. It was more expensive than places I’d been before and the result was far from satisfactory, I wish I’d painted them myself and saved my money.
I’ve had this wax done for many years in many different places and know how it should be done and know what sort of pain to expect. This was by far the most painful wax I’d had, and was done way too fast. The hair growth following was so much faster than normal and my skin was left red and sore.
I wouldn’t normally write such a detailed review however, for the money I paid I feel really unhappy and would not return.

I had another treatment however it was performed by another therapist by the name of Sara. The professional way in which Sara did my treatment was excellent and I have booked a different treatment with Sara . I highly recommend London Ladies for all your facial, nails , hair and massage care once again thank you to Farah and the team, please keep up this standard
