My therapist was very nice and friendly.
However there was no talc or prep put on my skin before so the waxing was more painful than I am used to. Also the wax was quite hot but my therapist did try to cool this down when I mentioned this.

Terrible Brazilian wax - the lady kept tugging and it was so sore. Wouldn’t go back - they also charge you extra for hot wax.
