I was seen immediately for my treatment on arrival...the treatment itself was ok...I would have preferred hot wax to strip wax and despite the fact I booked for a hollywood I had to pay extra....as I'd bought a wowcher discount voucher I paid rhe extra buit it meeds to be made clearer when purchasing wowcher. I will go back again as if you rebook directly they will give a discount. My therapist was good and listened to me when I explained any concerns.

Not a very good service, unfortunately. Fara is a nice lady, who loves chatting to you while doing the treatments, however, the shellac I got was poor quality and some nails are chipped already, which is very disappointing. The products were quite old and there wasnt a wide range a colours either.

The outside of the building has some work/updating that needs done however Farah is lovely and so welcoming.
Had a haircut with wash and blow dry,good value for money. The thing I liked the most is that I only wanted a trim and that’s what Farah gave me. Normally hairdressers cut far too much off!
Would go back.
