Not the haircut I wanted. I had to keep explaining that the hairdresser wasn't understanding me and that she had the opposite idea of what I asked her to do with the cut. At first it was a bit of a disaster but she did improve it slightly at the end. Also not pleased that she kept answering the phone during my appointment.
