One star for overall experience is too much but I cannot put nil.
This was a terrible experience - therapy room was freezing cold and all the towels were cold and damp, even the one I was laying on (I was told that they needed to be dried on the radiator overnight!! ) - the therapist put hot stones on my legs which burnt. I just had to leave as I was so upset - I still cannot believe how bad this was !!! I am now trying to get a refund.

Maybe not the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had but the lady was lovely and made sure that I was warm (it was a really cold day) and I felt better at this end of the session.
