Farah is very nice and she tries to make you feel very comfortable, relaxed and spoiled. The massage I received was great! She regularly asked me if the pressure was alright and if I felt comfortable.
The salon is basic, but the atmosphere was pleasant.

I travel 6 miles here from South London to get my eyebrows waxed by Farah because I just haven’t been able to find anyone else in London who does such a great job! My brows are “high maintenance” and she is the first person I have found who actually asks me (and listens to) what I want. She knows exactly the right shape to emphasise my eyes and I always leave feeling amazing because of the care she takes,

Booked a brazilian hot waxing described as half an hour. Sara has done it in 10 minutes using paper strips the whole time. I asked if it was all done so quickly so she carried on doing it, which means there was much hair left I just didn't see it. I only asked for the sides to be done and the back. in the end I got charged for a Hollywood(!) while this was not even close to that. my treatment was supposed to be starting from £22, when they told me they will charge me for Hollywood I didn't say anything first. In the end they charged me for £31 when turns out even the Hollywood wax costs £24.70. I only noticed after that the whole bikini line was badly done and there was tons of leftover hair. I don't know what these people are doing lying about the prices and then acting all confused when questioned -for a bad service- but for sure will not return here.
