Not recommended! Totally unprofessional!! the owner, who did my treatment speaks all the time in her language with her friend! I felt so bad sitting there and felt like there are speaking about me! I paid for treatment with coffe and chocolate - there was nothing! when she washed my hair I had water everywhere - on my T-shirt, in my eyes, in my mouth! I understand that water can drop but the hairdresser wasn’t gentle. she was tearing my hair, the strainghtener doesn’t work propely and she pulled my hair all the time - she hurt me!

The place looks really dodgy and I do wonder about the cleanliness and the training of the staff the gun came out of a box that looked like it was bought from eBay. She also charged me £8 for the tiniest bottle of saline you’ve ever seen in your life. She was lovely though but I just wouldn’t recommend.

the woman was really friendly. the Hollywood and underarm wax were done ok as expected considering the cheap price for London but on legs, I had a lot of areas where clearly she didn`t wax.
