Farah is a nice lady, but she seems to care about selling her products and push her services over her customers decisions. She claims she knows the procedures that you are looking for to then give you a totally different service. She gave me a eyeliner I had never asked for one it’s even very wonky since her products didn’t work to numb my skin and she does not listen to you at all. If I say I was in pain she says no pain no gain although I was under the needle under my eyelid. She double charge

Farah was very friendly but sadly the quality of the treatments was not the best. The extraction in my facial was done and then a damp face cloth that smelt of bleach left on my face fir at least 5 minutes to ‘open my pores’ but my pores should have been opened before the extraction. I have now come out in red marks and spots so was a little disappointed. I don’t feel the money I spent was reflected in the quality unfortunately.
