This is the first time I used the app for a hair appointment and is absolutely the last. Nothing could prepare me for what is easily the WORST haircut and experience I have ever received and this review is a stark warning to anyone who may be considering it. One star is too much for this disgusting 'salon'. Treatwell has this Salon advertised falsely under 4.5-5stars and cannot offer a refund once who have paid to the salon. This salon needs to be shut down asap. PLEASE save your money!

I had a Brazilian keratin done it was lovely & the staff were professional and made my hair look luxurious would definitely recommend.
