I would like my money back if possible for the manicure I had today at the London salon. The venue was scruffy, the level of cleanliness was low, I asked for nail polish which was an extra £5. She used, I believe old polish which would not dry properly and was put on too thick. I stayed as long as possible to dry it but when I returned to my home which was ten minutes walk away the polish had coagulated and looked dreadful , I had to remove it immediately and felt that I had wasted £21. Please advise me of the procedure to be reimbursed

The price only includes ear piercing and not the earrings or the aftercare lotion which was £8!! For a tiny bottle of 50ml. I had 4 piercings which cost me £80 in total which I think is very pricey considering the quality of service and salon.
