Very kind, friendly and attentive staff! I was very late due to signal problems on the tube and they were so patient and accommodating. In addition I absolutely love my lashes, some of the best I ever had and a reasonable price too ^.^

Estella was super sweet and accomodating. She noticed that, due to my consistent lash lifts in the past, the tips of my lashes were damaged. She professionally decided not to apply extra chemicals to that part of the lash, and still ended up achieving a flawless lift look, very impressive. I'd say it's 100% worth it.
