Booked last minute for 4.30pm, was contacted around 3.45 saying that it would have to be at 4.00pm. Staff great and welcoming, place not up to the standard of a relaxing massage. So no relaxing at all as being rubbed against a painful bed with no music, scent or privacy it is not what I needed. It was sad specially thinking about the money paid for 30 minutes. Again, nothing against the masseuse, he did try!

Practitioner was excellent, but the room that the treatment was undertaken was not fit for purpose. No ventilation, no natural light. Practitioner had to keep manoeuvring the table I was on around to get to either side to undertake the treatment, as the room was so constricted, never felt comfortable throughout the process.
