The session started exactly on time and I had the full half hour. My osteopath was very attentive and attuned to the way I was holding my body and breathing and was able to identify the root of the problem quickly. The stretching and manipulation I received was professional. The treatment made a big difference to the pain I was experiencing. I’m very happy to be going back again tomorrow for the next session.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful—when I got lost, she even came out to find me on the street! Catherine is amazing—she makes you feel truly valued and takes the time to address your specific health concerns. She explained in detail what was happening with my body, what could be causing my issues, and how she could help. I felt completely at ease and in good hands. I’ll definitely be returning
