Real massage time was around 30 minutes , as I enter the room at 10 past , we had a small interview and massage did end at 10 to, so it was ok because of the price paid , but I was repeat

Shocking behaviour from Clinician 9 “1hr deep tissue massage” misleading as massage time is not 1hr. There is a 5-10min consultation at the start AND at the end where the therapist tries to convince you to purchase more sessions. Stephen (who was actually a Physio) offered me a ‘deal’ (another 1hr massage) which I took & paid for via a link he sent me. When I went back for second app, he proceeded to do another 10min consult for Physio which I didn’t want & then had the audacity to argue with me
