As a patient I requested to check the biotin vial and other details given to me during hair PRP treatment. But all the information regarding biotin was denied. The vial was already opened by the time it was shown to me. I paid extra £50 to add biotin in PRP treatment. I felt bit suspicious about whether biotin was used in the treatment. I could be wrong. They could be more transparent in the treatment.
