Bought a Groupon voucher but the business would not answer the phone or messages for a week . Expect a return call or message that they r busy
Ended up cancelling the purchase . Groupon should blacklist such companies to help their customers

After waiting half an hour outside the shop because they open late, ( we had the appointment at 11.00, they arrived at 11.20)
I had a voucher on groupon that very clearly showed both shellac manicure and pedicure.
They denied it, telling me it was a system error. The girl seemed to be willing to fix the mistake only by "removing my old nail polish" after spending 3 hours in there, my nails would not dry and were completely sticky.
I couldn't waste any more time, i had to go. I said , maybe I can come another day ? She said yes but you have to pay for the pedicure !!! I was shocked .
I couldn't waste any more time. The end result was that my nails were still sticky. The girl insists that it wasn't her fault and that she did the job anyway. It was clear that the nail polish she used was expired. Because it didn't work. Plus she wanted me to pay extra for the pedicure. A surreal situation. Stay away from a place like that

I bought a £25 Groupon voucher for a classic manicure and pedicure however on arrival at the salon, I called her multiple times as she wasn't picking up and then she finally picked up after 10 minutes of waiting. She told me that she had cancelled the booking on arrival, which was very unprofessional and then she also told me that they don't accept Groupon vouchers which was very misleading. They're not clear on their communication, I'd recommend going to other salons.

Terrible. Salon closed. Treatwell have not refunded me. Will never use again.
