Walked in excited for my haircut, I said hello, the woman at the reception didn’t say anything so I just walked in towards her, and then she said “you can close the door behind you plz”, with a straight face. Can not think of a worse customer service experience in a salon. I turned away and left (closing the door behind me). No wonder the place was completely empty.
hair stylist never turned up for 10.15 appt. I had brunch at Nobu at 12. After waiting till 10;35 the other stylist said she didnt know who the lady was, offered to do my hair at 11.15 but that it would take till 12. I ran back to my hotel to get changed and do my make up. had to ring Nobu that i will be late. We got there for 12.20 so lost time on our brunch slot which is expensive. And i had to still pay full price for my haircut. the stylist did amazing, but it shouldnt have happened
