It’s really disappointing because they were lovely and I wish I didn’t need to write this I asked for a light brown sandy bayalage I ended up having zebra stripes the colour of eminems hair in the 90s I cried when I got home I was so utterly devastated by it as they are lovely but I don’t even trust to get it fixed.

Bozena was absolutely amazing!! I went in after work so it was quite a late one but she was so thorough, so friendly and so welcoming. She did exactly as I requested and the balayage turned out amazing, and also made recommendations for the colour next time which I do think would suit me better. I’ll def be back!
