The place was closed when I arrived for my appointment, and no one answered the phone despite multiple attempts to call. To make matters worse, my appointment was rescheduled without my consent to a random time later in the evening. I requested a refund, and I’m still waiting for it. The lack of communication and poor customer service throughout this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
