Sorry to write this but the experience was very negative. I had reference photos and asked for face framing and have ended up with a very long block fringe. She tried to correct and even though it was still not correct she had another customer so told me she could fix it again in a few weeks once it’s grown out. I have booked to get it corrected at a different salon. Also far more length taken off the bottom compared to what we spoke about.
