It's a small operation, so you can only be there right before it starts, otherwise you'll be waiting in front of a locked door. The therapists lock the door while they are doing the treatments, which makes sense but I think they should tell customers. Lucy was very nice. The other guy had a very creepy voice. It was very pleasant. I fell asleep at the end, and they looked annoyed that I was then last to leave because I fell asleep. The only thing that won't make me return are the oils. I have a very sensitive nose, and the oils they use are so strong, that I had a pounding headache by the time I got home. I also felt awkward when on the train, as I felt I smelt like a tramp with the strong smelling oils.
