I booked online after confirming prices with the stylist. On the day, I arrived on time and messaged her to say I was outside, as I wasn’t sure where the entrance was. I also called but got no response. It’s now been hours and I still haven’t heard back. Really disappointing and unprofessional.

Loved how patient and kind she was as my toddler cried and moved around. She remained composed and supported him to feel comfortable.
