The lady who done my treatment was lovely nothing bad to say about her at all. However the person running the WhatsApp account is one of the rudest people I have come across the texts received from that account were either unhelpful completely ignored even though they were read and extremely condescending if the no refund policy wasn't in place I would've cancelled my appointment just based off the WhatsApp messages but I wasn't about to loose money as well as being spoken to in such a rude way
