I never had the treatment, turned up excited..but lovely therapist explained it was with a machine. It didn't say that online when I booked, I have some issues with veins and that's not the right for me.no refund or alternative.I.called, emailed....

Nasim is an amazing brow artist, I had my ombré brow treatment with her and the service was outstanding. She put me at ease prior to treatment and assured that I was comfortable during treatment. She is so precise, personable and professional.
I was so impressed with the customer service I received at LBC. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

My daughter booked the treatment for me as a gift and she accompanied me here. The therapist greeted us at the door saying ‘you can’t wait here’. We felt very uncomfortable as we were bearly in, my daughter decided not to sit down and we felt like leaving had we not paid. The therapist/receptionist apologised. The treatment booked was for 1h however lasted about 40-45mins. Unfortunately I was disappointed and shocked with the whole experience and will not be visiting nor booking again.
