It is a very warm and welcoming place.Naz is very polite and professional, she clearly explain what she was doing at all times and also gave advice on what to do and not to do after treatment. She asked me if i was feeling anything couple of times to ensure everything was ok with me. I walked out quite pleased with the treatment and the overall experience. Thanks

Naz who took my appointment was very friendly and professional. She has the most up to date machine that has a blue laser which made the process far less painful than any I had experienced before.
