Nice enough people but didn’t think results were good. Eyelash extensions were clumpy, too much glue which affected eyes. Emailed to get taken off and no response. Disappointing. Would not recommend.

This was my second visit to LBC on 27.6.19. The customer service from the consultant was not professional. I was left waiting for over 10 minutes in reception. The treatment for breast enhancement was the worst experience. The vacuum pumps were not attached properly. I was left unsupervised for over 15 minutes. I wasted approximately over an hour of my time. The consultant had no choice but to warrent be an extra treatment.
