Lisa was very welcoming and explained the whole process as I was quite anxious having never had laser treatment before. I initially attended the clinic for a patch test and then had my first laser removal today. I had texted Lisa a picture of my tattoo after the patch test as I was concerned at how it was healing. Lisa reassured me and remembered how my skin reacted on my first laser removal session. Looking forward to my next appointment.
