Great treatment, therapist and venue but company is not very flexible when it comes to re-arranging appointments on short notice. Life happens, and it would be great if they could show more flexibility, instead I had to lose a treatment session I had already paid for.

The treatment is extremely effective but the entire process is rushed and there is no sense of relaxation. I know I got it on a voucher but the voucher experience has to be exceptionally good for me to book again. The atmosphere in the salon was rush rush rush with zero relaxation but like I said the treatment did wonders to my skin
