Naz has left me more self conscious with my brows than I did without. They are messy and not natural looking.
No responsibility has been taken for your business and 'brand' on my face to say that these brows are very poorly done, instead you have ignored my emails and turned it around on me saying I signed a waiver. I am sure you will respond to this public complaint but are yet to respond to my two emails.
I cry every time I look in the mirror that's how unhappy I am with them...
