FURIOUS attended and did not receive the treatment said they couldn't get the blood i had had plenty of water, When asked i said at least 1.5 litres (they recommend 2 on their terms) so they are hiding behind this i have had this hair PRP 6 times at other places with no more water ingested no problems whatsoever They then said we can try again and said i had to PAY AGAIN ! Citing the 20 mins they had tried as reason , what about my wasted journey and bruising ?, asked them for a refund - no !

During my facial another customer came into the clinic and was talking loudly to the lady on reception about her problems at work, the room I was in was small and had an open ceiling so I could hear the entire conversation whilst I was trying to relax.
