Naz was very welcoming, the interior was nice, spotlessly clean and smelled lovely. Naz was very kind and professional, she discussed the treatment before, during and after.

Naz is adorable, she made us (me, mum & sister) feel really welcomed, informed us all well and answered all our millions of questions. She is also a perfectionist, be prepared for a great outcome!! Considering it was a painful treatment, we all had a fab girlie day.
