Awful service turned up for a facial , was then informed the lady who does "Dermaplanning" doesn't work on Saturdays. I waited 4 weeks for an appointment and was emailed to confirm the facial prior to the appointment. Was also told ill get a call the following Monday from a manager to resolve this which i still haven't received a call.. unprofessional and poor service.
