The staff were very warm, friendly, caring and welcoming. The treatment although a little uncomfortable at times (which is to be expected) was, I felt was of a very high standard with very good aftercare advice and the staff had a lot of patience with me. It was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was lovely and inviting. I thought the treatment was fab and I would use them again. Overall a relaxing experience.
