Initial patch test went extremely smoothly and Alexandra was professional yet personable. The cleanliness of the centre was phenomenal and all surfaces were evidently cleaned/sterilised before my appointment. Cannot fault.

I’m so glad my set of treatments are finished. The whole booking process is horrible, it doesn’t work, every time you pick a slot it’s already been taken by someone else. It took about 6 weeks to be able to get an appointment the first time.
I missed one appointment because the time had been changed. I was outside 20 minutes after the app time & they had already left. I sent an email reply to the ‘missed app’ email asking what had happened & found the communication so rude & accusatory.
