Emailed to book appointment which was done quick. I had my consultation along with patch test which went well. Alex was lovely and answered my concerns very professionally, but unfortunately due to my skin condition it was agreed that it be best not to go ahead with IPL and that I will recieve a refund, which has been sorted and waiting for response from groupon. If I could get it done I would go back as I felt very comfortable being in their spa.
