Didn't get to complete my course of sessions as I tested positive for covid and let the salon know as soon as I found out, but they refused to let me reschedule my final appointment.
Therefore I did not get to see the results I had hoped for. My therapist Alex was absolutely lovely and I can't fault her at all!
Only being able to book appointments by email is a complete pain. And it was very disappointing that they were not willing to make an exception to their T&C's during a pandemic.
