Alex was so so lovely! I enjoyed chatting with her and she made sure to keep asking me if I was comfortable and okay as she was holding a blade to my face! Trainee was really nice to (sorry I forget her name) but she was Italian. Only thing I would say is that I noticed there were still a few hairs around my t-zone and forehead, so maybe a strong light may need to be used? All in all would defo come back.
