I paid for a Wowcher to have a vaginal tightening Hifu . The day before I was on my period I sent them an email asking them whether I could still have my treatment if I was bleeding on my period. Nobody replied to me. Only one email to tell me I didn't meet the 48 hours cancellation policy. I couldn't possibly know my period was coming day before the treatment . Staff was just dodggy so disappointing and abusive. She started making excuses I got scammed. This clinic is doddggy. Very bad.
