First time at London Beauty Therapy, definitely one of the best wax experiences of my life! Maria texted me before my appointment and waited at the storefront to receive me which I really appreciated since it was my first time visiting. There was music playing in the treatment room which was a nice touch for a wax treatment. She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and the pain levels were bearable. I felt like unlike other wax places, she definitely took her time to be as thorough as possible and did not feel rushed at all.
She also spotted an ingrown hair issue I had and recommended some treatments for it but did not upsell me any products whatsoever.
Really great expereince, would definitely recommend!
